ROHIT SHARMA SIXES AT WANKHEDE STADIUM: Rohit Sharma has been playing IPL since 2008. And he has many big records to his name. Now while playing against Sunrisers Hyderabad he has added a fresh page to his crown of records. Rohit Sharma scored 26 runs in 16 balls against SRH. He hit a total of 3 sixes in his innings. With this, he completed 100 sixes in IPL at Wankhede Stadium.

Rohit Sharma is the first batsman to hit 100 sixes at Wankhede Stadium. In all-over IPL, he is the first batsman to hit 100 or more sixes at any one venue. During the IPL match the on-field umpire inspected Hetmyer’s bat to ensure that he was following the leak. This inspection was conducted as a part of routine procedures. Under IPL level 5.7, people take the measure of the bat. Hetmyer, Salt and Hardik’s bats were kept on rule and they continued playing with the same bat.

According to the IPL rules, if a player’s bat does not come within the prescribed standards, there is no deduction of marks or penalty. Rather, an order is given to change that bat. As per the IPL rules, the measurements of the bat should be like this.

● Width : Maximum. 4.25 inches (10.8) centimeters

● Depth : Maximum. 2.64. inch (6.7) centimeters

● Thickness of corners. : Maximum 1.56 inch
  ( 4.0 ) centimeters

● The bat should pass through the bat yard

● Length of handle should be 52% of the total length of the bat

● Thickness of protective material at the bottom of the bat should not exceed (0.12) inch (0.3) centimeters

In the 29th match of IPL 2025, Karun Nair of Delhi Capitals played a wonderful innings of 89 runs against Mumbai Indians. Karun Nair also hit 18 runs in 1 over of Jasprit Bumrah. Out of which he hit 2 sixes and 1 four runs. After being beaten, Bumrah met Karun Nair. This incident happened when Nair completed his fifty.
